Spicy Lettuce Wraps



1 Tablespoon Olive oil
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
1 pound ground chicken or turkey
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 cup yellow Onion, minced
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce*
1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce*
1 Tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Tablespoon fresh Ginger, grated
1 1/2 Tablespoons Sriracha
1 (80z) can Water Chestnuts, drained & finely diced
2 Green Onions, thinly sliced
Salt & Pepper
1-2 heads Butter Lettuce or Romaine 
Soy Sauce for garnish*
Sriracha for garnish

Instructions:
Heat the oils in a large skillet over medium/high heat.  
Add the ground meat and season with salt and pepper. 
Cook until starting to brown, making sure you break it up into crumbles as it cooks.

Stir in the garlic, onion, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and sriracha.  
Cook for a couple of minutes until the onions become translucent.

Stir in the water chestnut and green onions.
Cook for 3-4 minutes more.

To serve: Spoon several hot Tablespoons of the mixture into the center of a lettuce leaf.  
Top with extra Srirach & Soy Sauce if desired.
