Corned Beef Hash

12 oz can Corned Beef

2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
2-3 medium potatoes, finely diced
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Pinch Pepper
1/2 cup sweet onion, finely chopped
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup Chicken or Beef Broth*
Salt as needed

Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat.
When the oil is hot, add potatoes in a single layer, season with garlic salt and pepper.
After a couple of minutes, stir potatoes, then cover.
Turn down heat to medium-low and let cook, stirring once or twice, for 5-6 minutes.

Add onions and stir, cooking onions until they are translucent.

Add the Corned Beef, making sure it is broken up evenly.

Add the Worcestershire sauce and stir, then add the broth stirring and cooking for a couple more minutes.

Cover and turn down heat to low.  Cook for 4-5 minutes, checking occasionally that it isn't burning.  In sections, turn over the hash, then cover and cook for a few more minutes until it's the consistency you like.  Salt as needed.
