Linguica & Potato Bake -EASY

 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 cup chopped Onions
14 oz pkg. Liguicia Sausage, cooked and sliced
4 small potatoes, any type, sliced
1 teaspoon Lawrey’s Season Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese
Sour Cream-optional

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Add olive oil to a large preheated oven safe skillet on medium heat.

Add and cook the onions and garlic until tender.
Add the sausage and cook until there is a little browning on the edges of the sausage slices.

Add the sliced potatoes, seasonings and stir.
Cook covered for about 3 minutes.
Stir and cook until potatoes start to soften.

Remove from heat and level off the mixture in the skillet.
Top evenly with the cheese.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.

Serve with a slotted spoon or spatula as it will be very greasy, but delicious!

Add a dollop of sour cream if you like.
