Spicy Party Wings

Ingredients:
Wings
12-20 fresh Chicken Wings
1 cup flour*
Hot oil for frying

Sauce
1 cup Ketchup
1 cup Sweet Chili sauce
1 Tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 - 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper (depends on how much kick you like!)
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Directions:
Place the flour in a gallon size ziplock  bag and add the wings.
Shake carefully to coat.
Place in the fridge for 20-30 minutes

Meanwhile, Preheat hot oil for frying

In a 1-2 quart micro wave safe bowl, mix ketchup, chili sauce, worchestershire sauce, mustard, lemon juice, brown sugar, cayenne and garlic powder.  Blend until smooth. Set aside.

Remove the wings from the bag and fry each in the oil for about 5 minutes, several at a time
Remove wings when cooked and place in a very large (not plastic) bowl. I use a stainless steel bowl.
Place dish in oven if you have a lot of wings to cook.  I find they stay plenty hot for 15 minutes or so.

When wings are all fried, microwave the sauce for 2-3 minutes until hot.
Pour the sauce over the wings and toss carefully to completely coat.
